OK, I'm a whole serious superhero fan. Be it marvel, DC, anime or almost anything else. Recently, I started getting picture s of earth 27 DC characters for drawing and I came upon Doctor marvel. On the internet, he is only Eugene Choi. His powers on this site are only Shazam's powers, but isn't he also supposed to have wisdom? And if he is not Doctor Marvel who is he?
