History

Abigail Moorland was a mystic who plagued Opal City during the 1940s and came into conflict with the original Starman. After suffering two defeats at Starman's hands, the Prairie Witch appeared to go into retirement. She resurfaced decades later to assist Culp in a ritual against Starman's successor and son, Jack Knight.
