History
In the mid-1940s, a circus performer named Green suffered from a rare psychological condition called "moonitis"; whenever he saw or experienced a full moon, he became ruthless and evil, and horrifically violent towards others.
Green was thwarted and apprehended by the hero called Captain Marvel, Jr., several times.
