Synopsis for Supergirl: "The Super-Tot from Nowhere!"

Supergirl is astonished by a little red-haired girl named Candy who has super-powers similar to her own. She suspects the girl has come from Krypton, probably through Kandor, but the Kandorians have no records of her on file. However, she is unable to leave the girl behind, and, near the spot in the African jungle where she found her, Supergirl sees a cylinder of food which she accidentally jettisoned from her rocket when she came to Earth in 1959. Candy, eating the Kryptonian food, gained super-powers temporarily. Supergirl finds her parents, both of them jungle explorers, and reunites Candy with them.

Trivia

  • Ben-Hur coexist with Jason (who Superman mistakes for David), and Goliath-Hercules.
  • Everyone on this parallel Earth speaks English
  • The Red Kryptonite of this reality has no effect on Superman but gives Goliath-Hercules a fever and makes him weak.
  • Hercules has only six labors in this reality.
  • Superman completes The Nemean Lion (which turns out to have a coat of chain mail underneath a fake hide), the Stymphalian Bird (which doesn't exist so Superman makes one), and cavern caterpillar (using the unbreakable thread of his cape as proof) labors for Hercules.
