Synopsis for Superman: "Crime's Comedy King"

The Prankster returns, proposing a deal to racket boss King Ruggles. He takes money from Ruggles, then turns himself in to the police. Prankster then donates the money to charity, which wins him favor in the public. He is acquitted in court and befriends many celebrities. Then he robs those celebrities and turns the money over to Ruggles. He plans to double-cross his partner, but Superman has been keeping an eye out for trouble and is able to capture Ruggles and his men. However, the Prankster escapes.

Synopsis for Vigilante: "The Feud of Rimfire Ridge"

Greg Sanders takes a vacation in the small West Virginia town, Rimfire Ridge. Stuff follows Greg on the train and runs across three gangsters. They try to kill him after Stuff hears their plans. Stuff survives and is found by a local couple.

Meanwhile the crooks kill Jack Standish in order to start a feud. Jack's nephew Dave suspects Tom Hatton is the killer and begins to take revenge.

Stuff recovers and warns Vigilante. They track down Dave to stop him from killing Hatton. They then track down and capture the crooks. The crooks wanted to start a feud in order to buy the land cheaply once they discovered a gold vein.

Synopsis for Three Aces: "Veiled Desert Bandits"

The Three Aces are helping the French army fight against a Tuareg rebellion. But Fog's plane is shot down, while Gunner and Will are forced to retreat. At the French camp, General Devoust readies the troops for an assault on the raiders camp. Gunner convinces him to wait until they rescue Fog. Captain Dumaresq accompanies them, he speaks the language fluently and can sneak them in without suspicion.

Tuareg chief Dutse welcomes the disguised "holy men" into his tent. He introduces them to Colonel Areilli, the man who gave them access to weapons and planes. They also find Fog, beaten and tortured, but otherwise still standing. While Dutse leads his men out to check on a noise, Gunner and Bill shed their robes and free Fog. The Aces and captain Dumaresq fight their way out. Taking the colonel prisoner, they steal some Tuareg fighter planes.

When the French army begins it's attack, The Aces lead the flight squadron back to the camp. Bombs are dropped on the Tuaregs planes and armories. On the ground, Chief Dutse and his rebels are soon killed in the battle against the superior skills of the French troops.

Synopsis for Mr. America: "Mightier Than the Sword"

Americommando, disguised as French painter Jean Valjean, infiltrates German-occupied France. Pretending to be sympathetic to the Nazi cause, he is able to paint coastlines containing German fortifications. He the smuggles the paintings to a British agent to use in a forthcoming attack.

Americommando's cover is blown by Dr. Ito. The half-Japanese, half-German officer orders Americommando taken into custody. However, the Allied attack gives Americommando the ability to elude capture. Dr. Ito flees, but the German officer General Blastenoff is captured.

Synopsis for Congo Bill: "The Galloping Ghosts"

Congo Bill is sent to South America to look for Burton, a missing government agent. Using the alias Miguel, Bill joins a group of ranchers on a cattle drive. Bill learns that the ranchers believe a particular area is haunted. Despite the warning Bill enters the area where he encounters ghosts.

The ghosts disrupt the cattle drive. Bill is suspicious and returns to the area alone. He discovers a secret Nazi base. He also finds that Burton is being held captive. Bill stages a rescue, but Burton is wounded during the escape. The agent sacrifices his own life to destroy the base, while Bill escapes safely.

Synopsis for Zatara: "Treasure Trove"

Zatara joins an expedition to find some lost treasure. Crooks try to scare off Zatara's friends, so that they can claim the treasure for themselves. Zatara's magic defeats the crooks. He then locates the treasure in an underwater cave. The crooks return, but Zatara beats them again. The treasure is then donated to the war effort.
