Synopsis for Green Lantern: "So Long Ago the Garden"
A building in Los Angeles is collapsing, and the only thing holding it is the exhausted Green Lantern and his nearly depleted ring, while Captain Atom confronts the alien hostile inside. Green Lantern allows a group of firemen to make a last sweep through the evacuated building, but Atom's fight makes it harder for Hal to keep the structure together. Captain Atom releases a blast that almost kills the alien visitor. The firemen escape, and Green Lantern, exhausted, let the building crumble down.
Moments later, when Captain Atom is about to finish the alien, Green Lantern interferes, saying that the only way he'll get to that alien is over his dead body.
