Action Comics #694 is an issue of the series Action Comics (Volume 1) with a cover date of December, 1993.
Synopsis for "Spilled Blood, Part Two: Survival of the Fittest"
Superman follows the closest missile and shields it from killing Ron Troupe. He then zips over to the other missile but is too late! Luckily Hi-Tech busts through a wall and grabs the missile just before it hits Jimmy Olsen. She absorbs its energy and then tries to kill Jimmy herself, as she also absorbed the programming from Bloodsport's missiles. Superman whisks him away and then battles Hi-Tech.
Back on the ground, Bloodsport arrives to threaten Ron, but is distracted when Superman and Hi-Tech come crashing down from out of the sky. To Bloodsport's surprise Hi-Tech mentions that Bloodthirst sent her as his back up. She teleports in two massive robots to battle Superman. Bloodsports gets angry that Bloodthirst gave her the same teleporting technology and shoots her arm off. He moves in closer to finish her off, but this allows her to touch his weapon and take control of it, sending a feedback pulse through him, as well as using its energy to rebuild her arm.
As Superman finishes off the robots, his battle ends up taking down one of the nearby buildings. Bloodsport recovers, teleports in a new weapon and shoots Hi-Tech. Ron interrupts after picking up one of Bloodsports weapons off of the ground, and tells him to stop. Superman tells him to back off and that he can handle it. Bloodsport tries to teleport in a bomb, but with his hand broken he is unable to hold onto it and it falls to the ground. Just before it explodes Superman is able to grab Ron and fly him to safety.
At WGBS, Cat and her boss, Vincent Edge, are watching the news report of the battle. Vincent uses the death of her son to ask her out on a date since she won't be distracted anymore. She storms out and threatens him. Back at the crater where two cops are guarding where the bomb went off, they hear a strange noise. When they go to investigate they are blasted away by Hi-Tech who is now 100% machine!
