Notes

  • This book was first published on February 5, 2003.
  • Tommy Birch, in a drunken stupor, states that he is in Vienna (Austria). However, the gondola behind him would seem to indicate he is actually in Venice (Italy). A letter later from Lana Lang confirms that it was, indeed, Venice.
