The Adam Strange Museum was erected in the central square of the capital city of Ranagar on the planet, Rann. City Council leader, Sardath, constructed the museum to honor the achievements of his son-in-law, Adam Strange who had served as Rann's protector for many years. On the day before the official proclamation of the museum's opening, a group of embittered Rannians attacked Sardath in the darkened foyer. Delaken, captain of the city guards flew down to rescue Sardath.
