Synopsis for "The Manta-Ray Means Murder!"

Aquaman finally finds a missing Aqualad and Aquagirl captive of Black Manta on a Mississippi river boat, where the villain has been undertaking smuggling operations. The sea king frees his two younger partners and defeats Black Manta, but discovers evidence that Black Manta has been running laser weapons to Atlantis.
