Synopsis for "Clark Kent -- Man of Steel!"

After losing his powers in Superman (vol 2.) #49, Superman must use his brains to stop the brawn of Mammoth. After a lengthy fight, in which Superman uses various ropes and protective armor given to him by Prof. Hamilton, Superman convinces Mammoth that he cannot be beaten, and Mammoth turns himself over to the Metropolis SCU.

After the fight, Superman, in his apartment, admits he needs help. He calls S.T.A.R. Labs in Pheonix and gets in contact with Will Payton, Starman, and requests assistance.
