History
A.P.E.S. or All-Purpose Enforcement Squad is a secretive branch of the United States Government with ties to every federal organization from the FBI, the CIA, and even the DEO.
A.P.E.S. has had many run-ins with Young Justice, even predating the formation of the group with Robin, Superboy, and Impulse.
The youthful band of superheroes would be hounded by A.P.E.S. and their two top agents, Donald Fite and Ishido Maad better known as Fite 'n Maad for interfering with their operations.
Fite 'n Maad kidnaped Nina Dowd was placed in a cacoon, Young Justice arrived and Impulse, being how he is, freed the now "Mighty Endowed". They then found the Super-Cycle, and travelled half way across the world, with Fite 'n Maad right behind them. The duo apeared again when after the boys stopped Tora, they where confronted by Fite 'n Maad about the where abouts of Secret, after the team gave their statement of not knowing anything, they left.
The duo apeared again when "Mighty Endowed" tries to escape captivity, Fite 'n Maad are the one's to bring her down. Fite 'n Maad tried to keep Red Tornado contained when he attempted to escape the court house with step-daughter Traya Sutton after the judge had declared him an unfit parent, however the team were able to sneak in wearing everyday clothes and sneak the the pair out.
They later start to work with the team when Donald Fite discovers that his daughter, Anita Fite is secretly Empress who is a member of Young Justice. A.P.E.S. would later become allies to Young Justice and its' members; reluctantly cooperating on several missions with the team.
On the request of A.P.E.S., Young Justice were recruited in the investigation of a rival organization known as S.H.I.R.T.S. and their top agent, Spyboy.
