Synopsis for "The Secret Conquest of the Earth!"

The Justice Society is mysteriously absent from the world for a year, during which crime raises meteorically and rumors of a third World War abound. Their absence is explained by the emergence of four ancient kings with great telepathic might from an archaeological dig; the Four Kings placed the JSA in suspended animation and put into motion a scheme to take over the planet.
