Synopsis for The "Mystery Men" of October!
Per Degaton murders his boss, Professor Zee, and steals a time machine, with which he discovers the world of Earth-Prime, releases the Crime Syndicate from their prison in Limbo, and then has them steal missles from Castro's Cuba in 1962. He returns with the missles to 1942, where the All-Star Squadron has their first encounter with the magnetic villain, Nuclear.
