Synopsis for "Master of Worlds and Time!"

After Degaton demands total dictatorship over Earth-Two, President Roosevelt tells the assembled heroes that they must find and disable the stolen missiles, or he will have to abdicate in Degaton's favor. But guarding the missiles and Degaton's satellite are the villains of the Crime Syndicate of America.
