Synopsis for "A Tale of Three Citadels!"

Superman meets with the Justice Society, carrying the Powerstone he has recently taken from Luthor. Not long after the team votes in Wonder Woman as their newest member, they are attacked by two new super-villains called Deathbolt and Cyclotron, and Superman's old enemy the Ultra-Humanite, in a woman's body.
