History:

Alvin Desmond was a construct of the Philosopher's Stone. He existed as the virtual twin of the original Doctor Alchemy Albert Desmond. Temporarily replacing Albert, Alvin became a member of the Rogues gallery for a brief period of time. The construct was eventually eliminated and Albert became Doctor Alchemy again and joined the rogues.
