Ambush Bug is a well-meaning but incompetent adventurer who vaguely fights crime and probably suffers from mental illness. His powers include teleportation and dumb luck, as well as awareness of the fourth wall. Cheeks, the Toy Wonder is his stuffed sidekick and his arch-nemesis is a sock named Argh!yle!. He has been a member of the Doom Patrol, the Amber Butane Corps, the Uh-Oh Squad and a temporary member of the Justice League. Formerly married to Dumb Bunny, but he was drunk. Ambush Bug was created by Keith Giffen, first appearing in DC Comics Presents #52. (1982)
