History

Amnesty Bay is a small coastal town located in Maine. It was home to Tom Curry a local lighthouse keeper. It was along the coast he discovered a young blonde boy swimming in the ocean. He adopts the boy and names him Arthur Curry and raises him at his home the Curry Lighthouse.
