Amon is one of the Egyptian gods who gives Black Adam his powers. Amon of the La Saligia cult also uses this name to fight Azrael. He is inspired by an obscure demon with the same name. Amon Sur is a super-villain and member of the Sinestro Corps. Amon Tomaz is a member of the Black Marvel Family who calls himself Osiris.
