Anarky (Volume 2)
Anarky (Volume Two) was an ongoing monthly title published in 1999 focusing on the character Anarky, who had recently developed a large fan base in the Batman-reading community. The title was expressively political, philosophical and thematic, but ended as both a critical and commercial failure.
