HistoryEdit

Mister Kelly was a shop keeper in New York City during the 1800s. His antique shop did not make much of a revenue however the local gangs and policemen constantly wanted payment for protection from the other. He stood up only once and was beat thoroughly by the Bowery Greens and specifically by Alan Scott. Although he did not stop the beating, Kyle Rayner did stay afterwards to clean up the shop, repair damage and generally help out Mister Kelly. In return Angus told Kyle to take anything he wanted from the shop. Kyle picked out a piece of junk and left.

Soon after, Alan Scott felt that he owed it to Kyle to finish what he started and killed the old man solidifying Kyle's departure from the Bowery Boys and forcing him to attack his "friend".
