History

Anthony Monetti was a wealthy and powerful U.S. senator from New Jersey. When his daughter Toni turned sixteen, Anthony was shocked to discover that she had developed paranormal abilities. Toni went off to join a new group of Teen Titans, much to her father's chagrin. When one of their adventures resulted in the death of a Titan, Toni returned home. Anthony was relieved, believing that his daughter had finally put all of this "super-hero" nonsense behind her. If anything however, the death of her colleague, Joto, only served to bolster Toni's commitment to super-heroing.

It was only a short time later that Toni discovered that her father was more than what he seemed. While engaging in an impromptu mission to Gotham City, Toni discovered that her father was involved in a drug smuggling operation. ^[1]

Average: Anthony Monetti possessed the strength level of a man his age, size and weight who engaged in moderate, regular exercise.
