Synopsis for "Imprinting"
Arsenal cannot believe that he is actually fighting the police to protect the cloning laboratory of Vandal Savage. But it takes only a few moments until Roy decides to stop this. He throws away his weapons, but now the police officers continue to shoot at him.
Roy tries to hide in the clinic building and encounters Babette Doubel who like Roy is a descendant of Vandal Savage. She tells him that Savage also used this laboratory to create a virus to make children ill and, thus, being able to control their parents. Babette Doubel lost her son to this virus but now she has developed an antidote which will also work on Roy's daughter Lian.
After placing some explosives in the laboratory, Roy fools the cops by making it look as if Babette is his hostage. But then Vandal Savage appears again. Arsenal does not have the power to beat Savage, but the fight takes long enough for the time-bomb to explode at the right moment. Roy and Babette get of the building unscathed and they believe Savage teleported out of it. The police saw how Arsenal fought with Savage and therefore they leave him alone.
Days later Arsenal visits the Navajo tribe which raised him after his father left him in their reservation. And Roy is happy that Black Canary accompanied him to his third naming ceremony ...
