History
Dr. Villain is a naturalized American citizen. A man of many talents, he speaks seven languages, was a bestselling pianist in the 70s and 80s, and is a skilled geneticist and surgeon. He has his own motives and will do anything to achieve this. He is a hospital administrator at Garden State Medical Center in Jersey City, which is a suitable cover for his criminal enterprise.[1] In a bid to boost both the hospital technological level and the positive press, he hired Dr. Irons to work for the hospital.[2]
