Synopsis for "I Accuse Ray Palmer -- Of Robbery!"

When Ray Palmer is present at a display of rare coins, a robbery is pulled using a bright flasher to disorientate the people. Ray chases after them without changing into the Atom which implicates him when the counter girl remembers Ray running away and confusing him for one of the thieves (as one of them was wearing similar clothing.) When the police capture two of the crooks, one gets away.

Ray, as the Atom, uses some trickery to get the captured crooks to give away their accomplices hidden location. The Atom travels to the crooks location and turns him over to the police, clearing Ray Palmer's name.
