History

Bart Magan tried to use a device to erase a facial scar. Instead, it erased his face. Taking the alias of Dr. No-Face, he and his men went around using the device to remove everyone's faces so that they can commit a crime spree. Dr. No-Face was eventually defeated by Batman and Robin.
