Synopsis for "Terror in the Third Dimension"

Stephanie is playing scrabble with her mother -and being bored stiff- when Supergirl comes over. Steph shows Kara around her college and both girls go to a campus theater to see a vampire movie. Although most of the theater-goers find the movie hilariously cheesy and laugh when Dracula screams he is alone, Steph and Kara -who know what it's like to really be alone- think it's depressing.

Meanwhile, in the -requisite- super-collider lab found in the campus, something goes wrong with an unscheduled experiment to generate "hard light". The lab overloads and the theater takes the brunt of the blast, accidentally generating twenty-four hard-light Draculas. Steph and Kara decide it's time for a team-up and suit up.

Batgirl and Supergirl investigate the explosion and talk the lab's owner. The man tells them about the hard-light projector and the best way to dissolve those vampire projections is embedding a control rod in them. In other words, driving a stake into the Draculas' hearts.

Batgirl and Supergirl spend the whole night hunting vampires all over Gotham. Back Stephanie's home, Steph and Kara are kicking back and relaxing, when Supergirl's hearing picks up trouble back Metropolis and she has to go.

Before Kara leaves, both girls note that they don't have to be alone as long as they are friends.
