Batman is fighting some thugs who are bearing submachine guns. As Batman is not stopping to hammer one guy he is stopped by Superman. Although Superman firmly believes that Bruce did not murder Vesper Fairchild he wants to know why Bruce does not try to clear his name. For Batman the answer is easy - he does not have a name to clear. Now it becomes obvious to Superman that Batman does not think of Bruce Wayne as his real identity and that he might want to shed it completely. Synopsis for "Never Say Die"

Do-Boy and his gang abduct a young boy on orders from the Penguin. Batman goes in and takes out Do-Boy's men one by one until he reaches the room where he is holding the boy. Do-Boy knows he can't beat Batman and jumps out the window to deny him complete victory, but Batman catches him with his grapnel and saves him his life.
