Synopsis for "The Demon Laughs, Part Two: Running Wild"
Ra's Al Ghul tells Joker of his plan to create a Utopia, after killing 5 billion people. Joker likes the idea of mass murder and agrees to take part in the plan. Batman and Barbara Gordon discover that the woman who transferred Joker out of Arkham Asylum, was in fact, Talia. Batman decides to go after Joker. Joker beats Al Ghul at a chess game. Bruce Wayne and Alfred Pennyworth fly to Marseilles. Wayne thinks there is someone there who can help track down Al Ghul. Talia, Ubu, Joker and some of Al Ghul's men go to Qurac, where they invade an ocean base and steal some biological weapons.
