Synopsis for "Emperor Joker!"

Trying to work around a promise to his idol, Bat-Mite accidentally gives the Joker 5th dimensional powers.With the ability to rip apart the very fabric of reality,the madman does what he's always wanted to do,destroy Batman.......or does he?
