Synopsis for "Scat! Darn Catwoman"

Picking up straight from the last episode, Batman agrees to aid Catwoman, preventing Robin from having the guilty conscience of murder on his mind. He released from the trap, but before Catwoman can apply the cataphrenia, Batman feigns a headache and takes a pill. Once the cataphrenic is applied, Batman drives Catwoman to a home for old criminals where they'll bring the money to Catwoman's contact, Little Al. Meanwhile, after being informed by O'Hara that two of his men saw them in the Batmobile, Gordon puts out an all points bulletin on Batman, Robin, Catwoman and Pussycat. Catwoman and Batman deliver the money to Little Al, who exchanges it for plans to the Gotham City Mint. However, they will have to lay low until it gets dark. Back at Police Headquarters, Chief O'Hara receives an anonymous tip telling them the cat-lair's address (it is implied that Batman sent it). They arrive there just as Robin tries to sweettalk a practical Pussycat and the two are arrested. Catwoman, befuddled and angered, orders her henchmen to hide out while she suggests hiding out in the Batcave. Batman gasses her. After Pussycat casually refuses to divulge any information, Gordon decides to trace the bat-phone's line to the Batcave. Fortunately, Batman is already there and he redirects the line to Pat Pending's apartment, where his attempt to make the police second-guess themselves are met with apathy. Some time later, Batman leaves the Batcave with Catwoman, but not before leaving behind a note instructing Alfred to deliver an antidote to Robin.

Batman, Catwoman and Marlow, Spade and Templar arrive at the mint in darkness. They blow the vault up with a silent dynamite, only for Robin to step out of the safe, revealing that he is back to his former self. Batman also reveals that the pill he took was a universal antidote and the reason why he even joined forces with Catwoman was so that he could sabotage her plans. With her plot foiled, Catwoman leaves her henchmen at the mercy of the Dynamic Duo and hastily departs via Batmobile just as the police show up. Realizing that Catwoman took his keys during the scuffle, Batman and Robin have no other choice but to use Chief O'Hara's car to catch up with the Batmobile. With a remote control device, they are able to bring the car to a stop at a warehouse where a chase across the rooftop ensues that ends with Batman cornering Catwoman at a ledge. With no way of escaping, Catwoman offers to become Batman's bride and perhaps even reform herself as his partner...as long as Robin is out of the picture. But Batman knows that he can never marry as it would impede his career, nor can he part with his sidekick and refuses. Catwoman offers to give herself up...and slips, falling into the river.

Back at police headquarters, Gordon says that Catwoman's body was never found. Robin is still recovering from his association with her gang and Batman is confident that she will never bother them anymore. At the same time, however, he is positive that she has used up only one of her lives.
