Batman, Inc. is an international organization started by Batman. They are publicly funded by Bruce Wayne and Wayne Enterprises, claiming that Batman is part of Wayne security personnel. This is an expansion of his earlier team the Club of Heroes. Batman traveled the world personally recruiting operatives to act as his global representatives. These agents include Batgirl, Batwing, Black Bat, Dark Ranger, El Gaucho, The Hood, James Gordon, The Knight, Man-of-Bats, Mister Unknown, Nightrunner, Nightwing, Oracle, The Outsiders, Raven Red, Red Robin, Robin, Squire, and Wingman. Batman Incorporated was created by Grant Morrison, first appearing in Batman and Robin #16. (2011)
