Synopsis for "Fright of the Scarecrow!"

Jonathan Crane, a tall, skinny psychology professor who specialized in the mental processes of fear, turned to crime as the Scarecrow and used fear in his robberies, encountering Batman and Robin in the past. Now, after a long absence, he is back to challenge the Dynamic Duo anew.
