A month later Bruce and Dick visit London and go to Scotland Yard to learn about British detection methods, where they are shocked to see a frame that once held a picture of Batman and Robin empty. Before being able to inquire about the missing picture an alarm sounds for a crime in Leicester Square.

Responding to the crime with Scotland Yard as Batman and Robin, they discover that the fugitive from Gotham a month earlier has set up shop in London.
