Synopsis for "The Bird Cage Bandits!"
Penguin is released from prison and he pretends to go straight by opening a bird store and giving away special birds to important people. Batman is suspicious of Penguin's activities and he decides to check upon the gifted birds. Soon, Batman and Robin discover that Penguin is using the bird cages he provided to carry bombs and other devices, which he can control from a distance in order to steal from the people he gave the birds.
Batman and Robin track down the Penguin to one of his victims' place and they prevent the little man from stealing more valuable possessions. After a lengthy chase on the Batplane and Batmobile, the Dynamic Duo finally capture the Penguin once again.

Synopsis for "The Bandits of Tiny Town!"
Some thugs from Gotham City are raiding and stealing Midget Town, a city populated by small people. Batman and Robin learn of the unfortunate events and they travel to the neighboring town to help out.
When the criminals escape back to Gotham City, Batman and Robin join forces with the small villagers and together they start a scavenger hunt for the criminals. When the thugs are finaly found, the small people surround and corner them and with help from Batman and Robin, the crooks are finally captured.

Synopsis for "Batman, Interplanetary Policeman!"
A Martian citizen has come to Earth to ask the assistance of Batman and Robin in order to defeat a vile emperor called Sax Gola. Batman and Robin are glad to help and they travel to Mars on the Martian's spaceship. Upon arriving, the Martians show Batman the main citadel, where Sax Gola commands his troops. Batman and Robin infiltrate the place with special equipment provided by the Martians and soon they locate the evil emperor.
However, using a special ray, Gola hypnotizes Batman, who turns against Robin and the good Martians. Robin manages to escape the citadel and brings back the rest of the good Martians to fight back and rescue Batman. However, Batman was only posing to be evil and using the citadel's own defenses, he captures and defeats emperor Sax Gola and his troops. After a successful mission on Mars, Batman and Robin return to Earth and resume their normal lives.
