Synopsis for "The Idiot Root (Part III of IV) - Into the Idiot Zone"

Batman realizes that the only way to free Crosby's victims from their shared psychotropic experience, he must partake of the Idiot Root and enter the Idiot Zone. The drug takes effect and Batman suffers massive hallucinations. The Idiot warps reality so as to make Batman believe that he's succeeded in his task. However, the Idiot grows strong enough that he can manifest himself in the real world. He kills Doctor Crosby.
