Batman and the Outsiders #19 is an issue of the series Batman and the Outsiders (Volume 1) with a cover date of March, 1985.

Synopsis for "Who's Afraid of the Big Bad S?"

It's Christmas time again and Halo has returned to Gotham City finding her life back home too horrible to deal with anymore. That night she and Geo-Force reconcile that they don't love each other and that they should just be friends. Just then, Geo gets a call from his classmate Denise who has just swallowed a bunch of pills. Calling an ambulance, Geo arrives in costume and learns that she attempted suicide because her professor tried to get advantage of her in order to give her a scholarship.

Angered, Geo flies after the professor to kill him for what he's done. Halo, wanting to stop Geo before he goes too far, seeks the aid of Batman, who knows that Geo-Force is a force too big for the Outsiders to deal and he summons his old friend, Superman.

The Man of Steel fights off Geo and convinces him that killing is not the way. When Superman and Geo-Force confronts the professor with what Geo-Force knows, the professor denies everything. However, Batman arrives to inform him that he's dug up seven other instances where the professor has sexually battered other students, and has him turned over to police. Afterwards, Geo visits Denise in the hospital and everybody spends a nice Christmas together.
