Synopsis for "Bitter Orange!"

Leaving the nation of Markovia (Geo-Force turning full leadership over to his brother) the Outsiders are flown to Gotham City, where Batman is informed by Alfred of a series of strange bombings at chemical plants in the city. After getting the group acclimatized, and helping Halo establish a civilian identity, the Outsiders soon become involved in a fight against Agent Orange, a deranged Vietnam veteran who wants revenge on the government by dropping a gas bomb on Gotham City.

The Outsiders work together to try and stop Agent Orange and his mercenaries from gathering the chemicals, however they fail from to prevent him from making the gas bomb, however the combined efforts of Metamorpho, GeoForce and Halo neutralize the bomb, making it useless. Agent Orange is unmasked and turned over to the police. This story continues in Brave and the Bold #200.
