Synopsis for "A New War's Winning!"

The Batman prevents Geo-Force and the other Outsiders from learning of trouble in Markovia so they will stay and help him break up Morgan Jones’s latest enterprise in Gotham. When the Outsiders learn of his action and protest, Batman says the group is dissolved, and leaves. But the other members vote to stay together and help Geo-Force in the present crisis.
