Beau Tyler was the uncle of Phantom Lady and a high ranking member of Les Mille Yeux.
History
Beau ran with the Ku Klux Klan in his youth, and to make sure his younger brother Albert didn't snitch on him, he created compromising pictures of him at the lynching of a young black man. Albert cut him out of his life as soon as he could and joined the Navy, but Beau sank deeper. He joined Les Mille Yeux, eventually becoming the leader of the Southern Section. He passed the compromising photos to his boss, Edwin Guerrehart, as his estranged brother was now the Attorney General and a major threat.
