Bethany Lee was a young woman who lived in the hamlet of Happy Harbor, Rhode Island. Several years ago she married former JLA sidekick Lucas "Snapper" Carr, much to the chagrin of Audrey's mother, chief of police Audrey Lee. The marriage was very short-lived however, though Bethany and Snapper managed to retain their friendship.
Several years ago, Bethany had an incidental encounter with Snapper's new friend and roommate, Hourman. While walking to Snapper's house one evening, she was accidentally struck by one of Hourman's stray time-vision blasts, which reduced her in age to that of a toddler. Hourman reversed the unfortunate condition soon after. [1]Powers and Abilities
