Blockbuster has gathered his troops around an abandoned submarine which he believes is the current hideout of Oracle. Via cameras Oracle is able to watch how the mercenaries enter the submarine. She talks to Black Canary who is still 30 minutes away from her though. So Oracle detonates some explosives so that water begins to flow into the holes of the old submarine. That is bad news for the Electrocutioner who generally should stay away from water.

Not far away from the drydock Nightwing has bested Thrilldevil. Robin and him spot the fireworks nearby and guess that they will find Oracle there. Even though Barbara cannot move her legs, she still is able to defend herself and holds the intruders at bay. Then she takes a long dive to get out of the submarine and finally is rescued out of the water by Black Canary who finally meets Oracle in person. Dinah carries Oracle to a hangar which is quickly surrounded by Blockbuster and his thugs. Black Canary wants to save Barbara, so she steps out and tells Blockbuster that actually she is Oracle. After Blockbuster has left with Canary as prisoner, Nightwing, Robin and Alfred Pennyworth find Oracle who is very disturbed how the situation turned out ...
