Synopsis for "The Hostage Heart, Part Two"

Shortly after arriving in Africa, Black Canary, Lady Vic, Grimm and Deathstroke come under fire from a group of Gorilla soldiers. Oracle and Ted Kord are listening via radio and at some point the situation sounds so hopeless that Barbara is advising Dinah to surrender. Canary knocks Lady Vic out so they will get caught by the gorillas without resisting them. Deathstroke escapes and Dinah knows that the mercenary is following his own agenda.

Nearing Gorilla City, Dinah's description of antenna towers circling the area indicates why the city is not visible on satellite images. But the effect also breaks up the radio contact with Oracle who now thinks its time to call for some backup. To Ted's surprise, Oracle calls Blockbuster!

Meanwhile, Black Canary, Grimm and Lady Vic are presented to Gorilla Grodd, the leader of Gorilla City. He is pretty angry about any invaders, but listens when Grimm is talking about hundreds of millions of Dollars at stake if they find a suitable heart for Blockbuster. While available data on his gorillas will be checked, Grodd still decides to out his prisoners into a cell. Only Deathstroke remains undetected ...
