Synopsis for "The Suitor!"

His passion for Talia al Ghul leads Bane to the Islamic country of Dhabar. When Bane enters an old temple he immediately realizes that someone else had entered the crumbling building only a short time before him. Bane hopes to meet Talia, but instead it is Black Canary whom he never met before. Dinah wears special glasses with an integrated camera, so Oracle sees anything she does. Barbara recognizes Bane, and Black Canary is aware of his reputation. Oracle informs her partner about other intruders and seconds later the demon-masked thralls of Ra's al Ghul shoot at both Bane and Black Canary.

Deeper insinde the temple, they find what Dinah was originally looking for - loads of weapons and explosives. There also is a Lazarus Pit which Ras al Ghul uses for his continuous resurrection. Bane intends to deny Ras al Ghul his immortality by using the explosives to destroy the temple. In the process, Bane seems to be smitten with Black Canary, but she wants to have none of it. Instead, Dinah knees him in the groin and escapes through an underground river just before the whole cave explodes.

From afar, Talia al Ghul watches how Black Canary makes her way through the mountains. Bane may be dead, but Talia's father might involve the Canary in his future plans ...
