Synopsis for "Merlyn Means Murder!"

Black Lightning has a showdown with Joey Toledo and the 100, but Merlyn the Archer has been brought in to kill the Ebon Bolt, and Talia of the League of Assassins wishes in turn to kill Merlyn for leaving their organization.
