HistoryEdit

Blue Bowman is an evil, parallel dimension version of Green Arrow. He is a member of the Injustice Syndicate and a friend of Owlman. He does not use typical gimmick arrows like Green Arrow. Blue Bowman uses lethal varieties of arrows with razor sharp ends and explosive edges.

At first, he thinks that Owlman (actually Batman posing as Owlman) is not well. He has Dyna-Mite spy on Owlman. Then when they find out it's Batman, he's one of the villains fighting Batman. After they release the heroes he's put in a jail cell with the parallel world's Aquaman. When Silver Cyclone betrays everyone, he says "You back stabbing" before Silver Cyclone talks again.
