Well, that is mostly the domain of the Lantern Corps, but I think the Justice League United is getting a lot of cosmic play right now. Could be!

Agreed.
DC has a pretty good history of cosmic stuff. The Silver Age is full of space heroes like Tommy Tomorrow, the Space Cabbie, Ultra the Multi-Alien, the Space Ranger, and many more. The Legion of Super-Heroes is another good example. L.E.G.I.O.N. and R.E.B.E.L.S. were great space cop books from the late 80's and early 90's. Jim Starlin did some cool stuff with guys like the Weird and Captain Comet. And Hatebunny mentioned the Green Lantern books. I'm sure there are more examples but DC has its fair share of cosmic.
The New Gods were (are?) also fairly cosmic in their own right.
There's also Kismet and she once fell in love with her Marvel counterpart Eternity.
The Anti-Monitor and Imperiex can also count as analogues of Galactus, and the typical giant cosmic gods of destruction.
Yo don't know that, they can change
