History
Little is known about the being known as Bounty, except that he was first conceived by the crazed Joker when the clown prince of crime possessed 99% of Mister Mxyzptlk’s reality altering abilities. Bounty was one of several super-villains that Emperor Joker created to populate his “Bizarro-Earth” where evil supplanted good.
He was a member of the Joker League of Anarchy, a twisted version of the Justice League. They were used to keep in line Superman and other rogue heroes who in Jokers world are the villains. The team houses all the former heroes in the S.S.Arkham. After the Joker was defeated, Bounty, along with Skism, both ceased to exist.

Gun’s: Bounty has two Revolver's that fire stun slugs, force bullets and psionic projectiles that can track an enemy.
