Notes
- The Boy Commandos appeared last in Detective Comics #110. They appear next in Detective Comics #111.
- This issue is the first appearance of the Golden Age villain Crazy Quilt. Crazy Quilt's existence will later be transplanted into the Earth-One (as well as Post-Crisis) continuity as a foil against Batman and Robin.
- The character of Nero from Roman Holiday is not to be confused with the historic emperor of Rome from 54-68 AD.
Trivia
- "Roman Holiday" is also the name of a 1953 film starring Gregory Peck and Audrey Hepburn. A story with a similar name, "Batman's Roman Holiday" was featured in Batman #112.
